The Apex Designs Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Events Marketing Manager to oversee event marketing campaigns, brand engagement initiatives, and promotional operations across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing large-scale marketing events, leading creative campaign strategies, and improving audience engagement in a fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring successful execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic leader with strong communication skills, event marketing experience, and a passion for creative brand development and operational excellence.
What You'Ll Do
- Oversee event marketing campaigns and promotional strategy initiatives
- Manage event planning coordination, campaign execution, and audience engagement activities
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and visibility
- Coordinate marketing events, brand activations, and promotional activities
- Manage vendor coordination, event logistics, and operational planning workflows
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance updates for leadership
- Support digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies
- Supervise marketing support teams and coordinate operational marketing activities
- Maintain accurate campaign records, event documentation, and operational reporting data
- Improve operational procedures related to marketing events and promotional activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to brand engagement and marketing operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, brand management, marketing operations, or promotional campaign leadership
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Experience managing event workflows, promotional campaigns, and audience engagement activities
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Professional and customer-focused approach to operational leadership
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and reporting tools preferred
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
