Role Overview
The Senior Event Operations Manager serves as a strategic bridge between the global events program, market trends, and revenue generation.
The role owns the operational engine, data flow, and financial governance that support profitable events.
The role operates across Marketing, Sales, and Finance and serves as a subject matter expert for scalable event-driven business growth.
Impact and Responsibilities
- Own global events financial tracking, budgets, vendor invoicing, procurement, contracts, ROI, cost-per-lead, and cost-offset reporting.
- Administer Salesforce campaigns, hierarchies, dashboards, event registration platforms, and lead retrieval systems.
- Design marketing workflows, synchronize registration data with Salesforce, and maintain lead tagging, segmentation, and routing.
- Build dashboards and report on event performance, pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, MQLs, opportunity influence, and deal velocity.
