Role Overview
Elements Me Events Management is seeking an experienced, confident, and hands-on Senior Event Manager in Dubai.
The role independently manages projects from concept to completion while leading internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
The manager owns assigned projects and leads delivery from the initial client brief through successful event completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage events from brief and concept through planning, production, and execution.
- Lead internal teams and event crews while coordinating venues, suppliers, production, AV, branding, entertainment, and logistics.
- Manage client relationships as the main point of contact.
- Develop event concepts, proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, quotations, and overall profitability.
- Lead site visits, rehearsals, installations, event days, and dismantling.
- Solve problems on site and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, reconciliations, and client follow-ups.
