Role Overview
Sketchbook Events is seeking an experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join its team in Dubai.
The role supports corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and special projects from initial planning through onsite delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate events from planning through execution.
- Source and manage venues, suppliers, and production partners.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate costs, and coordinate supplier deliverables.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, schedules, and documentation.
- Communicate confidently with clients and respond to changing requirements.
- Coordinate onsite suppliers, crew, and event operations.
- Build strong relationships with trusted suppliers across the UAE.
- Support the wider team in delivering creative, polished, and memorable events.
What We're Looking For
- Two to five years of experience in events, ideally within the UAE.
- Experience working for an events, experiential, production, or similar agency is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of the UAE events and supplier landscape.
- Confidence dealing directly with suppliers, venues, and clients.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and quotations.
