Role Overview
The company delivers premium private residences through design, engineering, construction, fit-out, procurement, furnishing, and final handover.
The role is responsible for project estimation and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and detailed cost estimates.
- Estimate construction, fit-out, MEP, and additional works.
- Collect and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Compare and evaluate quotations and tender proposals.
- Estimate variations and additional works.
- Maintain an up-to-date cost database.
- Control project budgets and costs.
- Prepare final commercial cost proposals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience is required.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market is required.
- The candidate must be confident working with BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Accuracy, independence, and responsibility for results and deadlines are required.
- Luxury villas, high-end residential, or fit-out experience is highly preferred.
- Good working English is required.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time and office-based.
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 12,000–16,000 or more per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
