- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for joinery, doors, and fit out projects
- Study and understand scope of work, ensuring client requirements are met
- Determine materials, labor, and other associated costs
- Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications for compliance
- Provide cost effective value engineering design proposals
- Coordinate and manage technical aspects of projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team
- Monitor and control project costs to remain within budget
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery, doors, and fit out projects
- Demonstrated experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimation software
- Highly detail oriented with strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for joinery, doors, and fit out projects by analyzing project requirements, specifications, and drawings
- Study and understand the scope of work, ensuring client requirements are met
- Determine materials, labor, and other associated costs
- Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations
- Provide cost effective value engineering design proposals
- Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of the projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team, helping them understand project requirements and constraints
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the established budget
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven a minimum of 5 years experience in joinery, doors and fit out projects
- Demonstrated experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimation software
- Highly detail oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and decision making capabilities
- A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Open to change and capable of adapting to new challenges and requirements
