- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for construction and infrastructure projects
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct quantity take offs and cost analysis
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process
- Identify project risks and recommend cost effective solutions
- Ensure all estimates are submitted within the required deadlines
- Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and equipment costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong experience in estimating civil, road, infrastructure, or building projects
- Excellent knowledge of quantity take offs, BOQs, and tender preparation
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- UAE experience is highly preferred

Job Summary
