Responsibilities
- Analyze drawings, specifications and documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
- Handle window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) and analytical section details
- Review design options and recommend best solution, select and finalize the systems
- Handle inquiry, follow up on missing information, documents and clarifications
- Select and finalize the systems, typologies and profiles
- Prepare value engineering options by complying to client requirements, preliminary structural and thermal calculations, technical compliance while submitting commercial proposal
- Cost estimation of complete system, prepare, finalize, submit quotations and obtain customer acceptance
- Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize estimation software and prepare material take off
- Prepare final position drawings and quantities as per approved shop drawings
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical or related field)
- 5 10 years of work experience as Estimator, preferably at Senior level within the Aluminium Facade Industry
- Highly proficient in Logika Orgadata, AutoCAD, Excel and other estimation tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Overview
- White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is looking for a Sr. Estimator to join the team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The role involves evaluating tenders, managing pricing strategy, identifying risks, and supporting value engineering initiatives from pre tender through contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze drawing, specifications and documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Handling window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details.

Qualifications
