Responsibilities
- Review design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender requirements for exhibition stands, events, and interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Assess material, production, installation, labor, logistics, and equipment costs based on UAE market rates.
- Obtain, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Production, Procurement, and Finance to confirm project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Recommend cost-effective materials and production solutions without compromising design, quality, or safety.
- Prepare client bid proposals and provide commercial clarifications when required.
- Monitor project costs and support variation orders and final accounts.
- Maintain updated supplier rates, pricing databases, and estimation records.
