Senior Estimation & Tendering Engineer

Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage the complete tendering process, from tender receipt through submission.

Review Invitations to Tender (ITT), drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.

Develop complete pricing strategies for competitive bids.

Prepare and compile the entire tender submission, including both technical and commercial documents.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial departments to obtain all required inputs.

Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Analyze tender risks, qualifications, exclusions, and contractual obligations.

Prepare tender clarifications and respond to client queries.

Attend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and technical clarification meetings.

Ensure all tender documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted before the deadline.

Maintain an up-to-date cost database for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
