Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Estimator or Senior Estimation Engineer for interior fit-out work in Dubai.
The role supports interior fit-out, decoration, and contracting projects in a professional contracting environment.
Compensation
- Salary starts from AED 8,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
- Medical insurance and a flight ticket are offered.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline is required.
- At least five years of relevant UAE estimation experience is required.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out, decoration, and contracting projects is required.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, costing, pricing, tendering, and subcontractor quotations is required.
- Candidates must be able to prepare accurate commercial proposals and meet tight tender deadlines.
- Interior decoration or fit-out experience is a strong advantage.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
