Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Manage projects across Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
- Leverage prior experience as an Oracle Functional or Technical Consultant to understand business requirements, solution design, implementation challenges, and delivery dependencies.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including Oracle functional consultants, technical consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party partners.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple Oracle tracks, including Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, Technical, and other relevant business areas.
- Lead project governance meetings, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary escalation point for project-related matters.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve implementation challenges and ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, timesheets, financial performance, and overall project profitability.
- Lead project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare and present project status reports, management dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure project documentation, governance records, and implementation deliverables are complete and up to date.
- Support resource planning, consultant allocation, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices across Oracle project delivery.
- Mentor and guide project teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, consulting, and project management.
- Proven experience working as an Oracle Functional or Technical Consultant , with a strong understanding of Oracle implementation and delivery activities.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and transformation projects .
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) .
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP implementation methodologies, project lifecycles, and delivery processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional Oracle teams across tracks such as FIN, SCM, HCM, EPM, Technical, and other enterprise applications .
- Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including communication with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle functional and technical implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or large-scale complex implementations simultaneously.
- Experience in project financial management, including budget tracking, resource utilization, timesheets, invoicing, and project profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Working Conditions
- Work Model: Hybrid.
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Based in Egypt with potential onsite assignments.
- Travel: Opportunity for onsite deployment at customer sites in KSA or UAE depending on project requirements.
