The Role
MDA is seeking a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to be part of the Business Systems Team working to maintain the Infor LN ERP operating environment and associated subsystems. The Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Designs details of automated systems
- Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems
- Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
- Provides technical design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, system and technical support for ERP related initiatives
- Follows the release cycles and implement on-time delivery of bug fixes, change requests and enhancements
- Provides on-call support for the ERP and associated subsystems
- Provides the necessary foundation of business knowledge to propose recommendations for future direction of business applications
- Participates in software upgrades and application of patches as required
- Implement new technologies by participating in the assessment of tools, software, and technological practices
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, compute, storage and networking
- Design training programs, create documentation and user guides, and deliver training to other Team Members
- Facilitate and/or participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new ERP initiatives
- Provide additional support for ERP Integration technologies and methods
- Collaborate with other teams, team members and stakeholders
