onsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Thin Films.
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at onsemi’s 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon, you will work in a dynamic team environment and perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools.
Each day, you will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.
Shift A- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 7 AM- 7:06 PM
Candidates must demonstrate a high level of hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting expertise on one or more of the following Thin Films platforms, with broad working knowledge across the area:
- Novellus Concept Two platforms, including SPEED, SEQ, and ALTUS
- Applied Materials platforms, including Endura, Centura, and Producer
- Major tool subsystems such as vacuum, gas delivery, RF/plasma, temperature control, robotics, process chambers, pumps, abatement interfaces, controls, and interlocks
