POWERCHINA Jiangxi is seeking an experienced Senior EPC Contracts Manager to lead contract management for renewable energy projects across the Middle East & Africa. The role requires 10+ years of EPC contract management experience, FIDIC expertise, and bilingual Chinese and English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead pre award and post award contract management for international EPC projects
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer EPC contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and supply agreements
- Identify contractual risks and provide practical commercial solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage contract correspondence, change orders, variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT), claims, and dispute resolution
- Ensure proper flow down of contractual obligations to subcontractors and suppliers
- Support tendering activities, contract negotiations, commercial evaluations, and bid reviews
- Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams
- Support contract administration through project execution, final account settlement, and contract close out
- Provide strategic contractual advice to senior management on commercial matters across regional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of Contract Management experience within EPC projects
- Strong experience in EPC Contract Management, FIDIC Contracts, Contract Negotiation, Claims Management, Variation Orders, Extension of Time (EOT), Commercial Risk Management, Subcontract Management
- Experience in Renewable Energy, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil & Gas EPC, or Industrial EPC Projects
- Experience managing international EPC projects in the Middle East, Africa, or Asia
- Chinese and English communication skills required
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai Regional Headquarters

- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Renewable Energy, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil & Gas EPC, Industrial EPC Projects.
- Experience managing international EPC projects in the Middle East, Africa, or Asia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Chinese and English communication skills are required.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai Regional Headquarters.
