- Role : NAB's Domain Delivery Cycle requires architecture to be embedded early in the delivery chain — shaping and assessing the pipeline of Business Outcomes and Epics, preventing ill-formed work from entering the backlog, and ensuring solutions align with technology strategy and patterns.
Essential capabilities
Produce and maintain the Domain Roadmap, defining transition states and sequencing to realise target state.
Work with domain stakeholders and Product Owners to prioritise the delivery slate based on risk, cost, and strategic alignment.
Function as the recognised SME on projects within the domain — providing technical authority and influencing project and domain stakeholders, documenting and approving solution architectures.
Engage impacted Lead Domain Architects for cross-domain solutions.
Work with delivery teams and Epic Solution Engineers to preserve architectural intent through build and deployment.
Support the Enterprise Security Architect with delivery-informed input into target state evolution.
Maintain domain artefacts — policies, NFRs, patterns, processes, and enterprise security architecture.
