Senior Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Functional Analyst

Role overview

The work

• Assess business initiatives, project requests, and application changes across enterprise content management assets and services.
• Analyze requirements, process flows, and solution designs across ECM platforms, integrations, workflows, and repositories.
• Assess document generation, content storage and retrieval, metadata, classification, search, customer communications, and electronic signature impacts.
• Evaluate workflow, case management, retention, records management, governance, security, and compliance impacts.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery backlogs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and application teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and integration considerations; facilitate workshops and design reviews.
• Support testing, validation, implementation, governance alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
