PAR Systems, a world leader in intelligent engineering solutions, is growing our Critical Handling Systems project management team to support both current work and a growing pipeline of complex, highly regulated projects.

Supporting highly technical and customized engineering solutions, the Senior Project Manager will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, customer communication, and contract execution for complex engineered projects.

This role supports custom material handling equipment, including cranes, manipulator systems, and other critical handling solutions used in demanding, quality-critical environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical area preferred.
7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar engineered projects from planning through delivery.
Demonstrated ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risk, customer communication, and change control.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a technical, engineering-driven, matrixed environment.

Experience in nuclear, defense, aerospace, energy, government contracting, or another regulated or quality-critical industry.
Familiarity with NQA-1, custom material handling equipment, cranes, manipulators, automation, or engineered-to-order equipment.
PMP certification, formal project management training, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting proposals, estimating inputs, lessons learned, equitable adjustments, claims, or other contract/commercial change discussions.

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000-145,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
