Role Overview
Lead large-scale Agile programs across multiple teams and Agile Release Trains.
Drive alignment, dependency management, release coordination, feature delivery, and execution across cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
The role requires 15 or more years of experience.
Program Leadership
- Lead complex programs involving multiple teams or Agile Release Trains.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery priorities.
- Coordinate release management and facilitate feature delivery.
Stakeholder and Delivery Management
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Use data to track progress, identify issues, and drive improvements.
Agile Enablement
- Coach and mentor teams to adopt and mature Agile practices.
- Apply systems thinking to understand end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support execution across fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environments.
