Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software test engineers.
Provide technical ownership across testing, automation, and project delivery.
Deliver reliable, scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Workplace
- The role requires presence in the office four days per week.
Leadership and team development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire software test engineers while supporting professional growth and technical mastery.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
- Build trust, cohesion, inclusion, psychological safety, and collaboration across cultural contexts.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to develop capabilities and reduce single points of failure.
Onboarding and knowledge transfer
- Drive onboarding so new team members gain the technical and domain knowledge needed to contribute.
- Maintain documentation, coding standards, and best practices for long-term team efficiency.
- Promote knowledge-sharing sessions, pair programming, and cross-training to build resilience.
