Role Overview
Lead the Solutions Engineering function that deploys NODA’s autonomous unmanned-systems platform into customer environments.
Own people management, delivery quality, hiring standards, and customer-program execution.
This is a hands-on startup engineering manager role involving code reviews, customer technical reviews, and travel.

The company works with Product Management, Mission Leads, Field Operations, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Solution Engineers and Solution Architects.
- Own hiring, promotions, and the calibrated hiring bar.
- Own engagement staffing and delivery quality across active customer programs.
- Lead the deployment lifecycle from ConOps and deployment design through field execution, customer handoff, and After Action Review.
- Maintain standards for runbooks, ConOps documentation, and post-engagement debriefs.
