Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned technical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings deep technical expertise to management.
Based out of our Palo Alto office, you will drive your team while collaborating closely with key partners and stakeholders across our teams in Bangalore and Seattle to foster a cohesive and inclusive team culture.
You will be responsible for setting clear goals, driving product value, and holding the team accountable to achieving engineering excellence.
To achieve this, we look for leaders who balance empathy with high standards thereby creating strong engagement while delivering frequent, high-quality product releases.
