Senior Engineering Manager

• Lead and coordinate project-assigned engineering teams within a matrixed structure
• Collaborate with Design Organization leadership on staffing, resource planning, and technical capability alignment
• Provide project-specific direction, feedback, and performance input on assigned personnel
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing project team environment

• Ensure adherence to ENERCON’s quality assurance and engineering processes
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
• Drive consistency in engineering execution and deliverables
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline); advanced degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred/required depending on discipline
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership
• Demonstrated experience in: Engineering project execution Client relationship management Leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment
