Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for its Delivery Partner team supporting the client.
The role provides senior technical leadership, engineering assurance, multidisciplinary design and construction integration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight for infrastructure and development packages.
The position operates within a Delivery Partner governance framework and agreed delegated authority.
Core Responsibilities
- Represent Parsons in technical coordination with the client, delivery partners, designers, contractors, supervision teams, authorities, utility providers, and programme functions.
- Ensure engineering activities are planned, coordinated, reviewed, assured, reported, and progressed against scope, contractual obligations, programme baselines, standards, and client procedures.
- Oversee delivery across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover.
- Provide oversight, challenge, integration, assurance, and timely escalation without replacing the designer's design responsibility or the contractor's construction responsibility.
Requirements
- Senior engineering leadership experience supporting infrastructure and development delivery packages.
- Ability to coordinate clients, delivery partners, designers, contractors, supervision teams, authorities, utilities, and programme functions.
- Experience applying governance frameworks, delegated authority, contractual obligations, programme baselines, standards, and client procedures.
