Role Overview
The Senior Engineering & Development Coordinator supports engineering and development coordination in a construction or engineering environment.
The role covers design coordination, project controls, technical documentation, cost updates, scheduling, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
- Five years of experience in a construction or engineering environment is required.
Design and Documentation
- Assist in coordinating design activities across disciplines.
- Support tracking of drawings, RFIs, submissions, and approvals.
- Maintain organized filing of technical documents and drawings.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes and action trackers.
Cost and Planning Support
- Support monitoring of project budgets, quantities, and cost updates.
- Assist in collecting data for cost estimates, variations, and proposals.
- Support planning activities, including schedule updates and progress monitoring.
Site Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with site teams for clarifications and progress updates.
- Assist in preparing reports related to cost, progress, and design status.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
