Senior Engineer - Tooling and Process

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering or other related engineering field.

Operating knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and engineering drawing standards. Knowledge of GD&T, fabrication, machining, welding and assembly processes is preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience with strong mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, equipment maintenance, tooling or industrial project background.

Knowledge of mechanical & electrical design principles, machine elements, pneumatics, hydraulics, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with fixtures, jigs, tooling, SPMs, conveyors, lifting devices, utilities, plant layout and equipment installation / commissioning.

Knowledge/understanding of machine safety systems, ergonomics, risk assessment, EHS requirements, and applicable standards.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects.

Working knowledge of ERP, BOM management, purchase requisitions, spare parts planning, and engineering change management.
