What you offer
10 + years of technology experience in any programming language, with Python and React.js highly regarded.
Relevant Finance experience is required, with Asset Management or Capital Markets experience being mandatory, and working knowledge of Transaction Reporting highly regarded.
3+ years’ experience in formal engineering leadership, such as engineering lead or mentoring junior engineers, with a proven track record of managing an engineering team.
Ability to align priorities and deliver outcomes with product owners, business analysts, business stakeholders, and central/platform teams.
Proven delivery of complex initiatives in an agile environment with strong problem‑solving and balanced trade‑offs across scope, risk, quality, and timelines.
Current knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD, with AWS, Azure, or GCP highly regarded, and experience operating at enterprise scale.
Solid grasp of Secure‑by‑Design and solution design patterns, with experience in incident, problem, and change management and in remediating technical debt; knowledge of asset management is highly regarded.
