Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and have 4 to 8 years of experience in the design of temporary works, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures preferred.

Hold an active Professional Engineer license in any state.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and Finite Element Analysis.
Basic knowledge of geotechnical engineering and related structures (foundations, retaining walls, and earth retention systems) is a plus.
Previous construction field experience is a plus.
Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a quickly changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication are required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
