Role Overview
Join WSP’s Roads and Highways team in Bengaluru as a Senior Engineer focused on technical design and delivery for roads and highways packages.
The work supports large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate.
Roads and Highways Design
- Lead detailed design of local roads, arterials, junctions, interchanges, and access roads.
- Develop layouts, alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details to UAE authority standards.
- Ensure compliance with local manuals, specifications, and international best practice.
Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate with utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, street lighting, landscaping, and public realm teams.
- Resolve design clashes and interface issues to deliver coordinated and buildable outputs.
- Support design integration across infrastructure and land development packages.
Project Delivery and Technical Support
- Produce and review design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Support project managers with milestones, quality objectives, and deliverable schedules.
