Responsibilities
- Lead inspection, maintenance, repair and installation activities across Saudi Arabia
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the service lifecycle
- Build long term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional services and projects
- Manage quotations, service orders and customer follow up using company systems
- Carry out equipment inspections, fault diagnosis and complex repairs
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and day to day support to Field Service Engineers
- Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across operations
Requirements
- Significant experience in field service, maintenance or technical engineering
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault finding skills
- Experience managing customer relationships in a service environment
- Practical experience with installation, maintenance and repair activities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Valid driving licence recognised in Saudi Arabia
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, or willingness to relocate under company sponsored visa and Iqama arrangements

About the Role
- This is a hybrid technical and commercial position combining field engineering, customer relationship management and operational coordination.
- As the most senior technical representative in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for delivering high quality engineering services while supporting business development.
