About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
- Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures for pipeline construction activities.
- Monitor and oversee QA/QC activities related to pipeline fabrication, welding, coating, installation, hydrotesting, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third party inspection agencies, and project teams.
- Review welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualifications, NDT reports, and material certification documents.
- Conduct internal quality audits, site inspections, surveillance activities, and quality performance assessments.
- Manage non conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, turnover dossiers, and quality records are maintained and submitted as per project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is Mandatory
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar role
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in large scale EPC projects within the Middle East, preferably ADNOC Group
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction, welding, NDT, coating, hydrotesting, and commissioning activities
- Experience in managing client inspections, audits, and project quality compliance
- Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

Qualification Required
