Lead New Product Development projects for electromechanical products from concept through production.
Coordinate customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams for timely execution.
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, product changes, and project milestones.
- Support product design reviews, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
- Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Resolve technical and project-related issues through problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of experience in project management and New Product Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical products and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Experience with engineering drawings, BOM management, and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Product Lifecycle Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, industrial, electrical, or electromechanical manufacturing.
- Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools.
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with customer-facing New Product Development projects.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹900,000–₹1,200,000 per year.
