About the Role
The Senior Process Engineer will design, optimize, and manage industrial and municipal wastewater treatment and recycle systems.
The role involves process optimization, troubleshooting, and implementing advanced technologies.
The engineer will lead basic engineering processes, participate in technical peer risk reviews, and facilitate HAZOP studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and analyze the tender document/project specification and understand the client requirement.
- Develop process schemes and calculations for waste water plants for municipal and industrial projects.
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), mass balances, specific power consumption calculations, and equipment sizing.
- Provide expert technical field support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis during the startup, commissioning, and performance testing of wastewater plants.
