Summary

The engineer will drive best engineering practices, ensure compliance with Flowserve standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes. The position includes responsibilities across design, analysis, documentation, production support, and customer interface.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects involving complex designs, ensuring proper resource allocation and resolution of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with Business Units (BU) and GTEC Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Maintain strong coordination with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop, review, and implement engineering best practices and Flowserve standards; identify gaps in existing standards.
- Direct modifications to programs, methods, and designs to resolve technical issues and meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering Specialists, Product Management, and Corporate Technology to provide solutions for complex pump-related problems.
