Position Details
Position title: Senior Engineer.
Department: IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze SIEM, XDR, and SOAR systems.
- Analyze security incidents to determine root cause, impact, and compromise scope.
- Integrate security capabilities with SaaS applications, internal applications, and other devices.
- Develop and execute incident response plans to contain, mitigate, and recover from breaches and incidents.
- Collaborate with IT operations, network engineering, and application development teams during incident response.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans, prioritize risks, and implement mitigating controls.
- Perform threat intelligence and threat hunting using various tools.
- Apply email security controls, including DMARC, DKIM, SPF, phishing, and scam defenses.
- Use endpoint protection and data security tools such as EDR and DLP.
- Automate workflows and support scripting and reporting.
- Prepare and present security reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Support cloud technology and cloud security activities.
Experience and Knowledge
- The basic information lists five or more years of experience.
- The job snapshot lists an experience range of four to eight years.
- Experience in email security, including DMARC, DKIM, SPF, phishing, and scams, is required.
- Experience with phishing techniques, simulation, and awareness training is required.
- Working knowledge of endpoint protection and data security tools, including EDR and DLP, is required.
- Experience with automation, workflows, scripting, reporting, and cloud security is supported by the role description.
