Senior Engineer - DevOps

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the internal developer platform on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and environment automation used by application teams.
• Drive software supply chain security from commit to production through scanning, security gates, admission controls, and staged artifact promotion.
• Define and enforce platform policy as code for workloads, provisioning, secrets, and access management.
• Lead platform improvements, mentor team members, and partner with application, security, and cloud infrastructure teams.
• Evaluate self-service tooling, observability, automated certificate management, and supply chain integrity capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before the start date.
• At least seven years of experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• At least five years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
