Job Summary
The Tools and Automation Engineer role focuses on developing and maintaining automation tools that improve operational efficiency.
The position supports asset management and ITIL processes, delivers quality code, supports existing projects, and responds to client requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance asset management features by troubleshooting bugs and resolving ad hoc requests.
- Provide client support through data presentation, ticket resolution, and daily monitoring of client needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for CMMI processes and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers while promoting development best practices.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in asset management services and a strong understanding of support and operations processes.
- Familiarity with coding standards and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
