Role overview
The AGI Computing Lab develops scalable platforms for future AI and machine learning workloads.
The team works across memory, computing, interconnect, and AI/ML to improve performance and energy efficiency.
The role is based onsite daily at Samsung Semiconductor’s San Jose office.
What you will do
- Design and implement ML compilers for high-performance deep learning applications.
- Optimize compilers for deep learning models across hardware platforms.
- Design staged lowering infrastructure for evolving workload requirements.
- Develop data locality optimization algorithms to reduce energy consumption.
- Integrate ML techniques and algorithms into compilers with hardware architects and developers.
- Deliver ML compiler features and improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and debug compiler issues and provide customer technical support.
- Contribute to compiler documentation and user guides.
- Track advances in ML compilers and hardware.
What you bring
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in compiler design and optimization techniques.
