Position Overview
Senior Civil Engineer role for independently managing construction activities at a Ranchi project site.
The role covers site execution, quality, planning, coordination, contractor management, and timely completion of civil and finishing works.
Experience and Qualification
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Hands-on site professional capable of independently handling execution and coordinating multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site execution and construction activities.
- Execute RCC, structural, civil, and finishing works according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Review structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Monitor BOQ, quantities, measurements, estimation, billing, and contractor RA bills.
- Prepare project schedules, daily progress reports, and site planning.
- Maintain quality and safety standards and resolve site issues.
- Coordinate consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and reconciliation.
- Deliver activities within planned timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and building construction.
- Knowledge of finishing and civil works.
- Site execution and construction management skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurement, billing, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Contractor, labour, and team-handling skills.
- Project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for overall site activities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in large-scale residential projects is preferred.
- Commercial building, high-rise or multi-storey, real estate development, and RCC or finishing-intensive project experience is preferred.

- Candidates who can join by 15th September 2026 are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹800,000–₹1,200,000 per year.
Work Location
- Work location is in person at the Ranchi project site.
