Role overview
Support Biobank and LIMS platforms so scientists can maintain research continuity, data integrity, and operational speed.
Serve as a technical backbone across SaaS applications, enterprise integrations, data pipelines, cloud operations, and support automation.
Accountabilities
- Lead stability, performance, recovery, and vendor engagement for LIMS and Biobank SaaS products.
- Design, develop, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration flows with error handling and monitoring.
- Investigate and reconcile Snowflake and PostgreSQL data to resolve issues and improve data quality.
- Build Python or Ruby tools to reduce manual work, incident volume, and root-cause analysis time.
- Support AWS-hosted applications and integrations.
- Lead ITIL incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
- Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and post-release stabilization for major releases.
- Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Essential skills and experience
- Seven or more years of IT or software engineering experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
- Strong experience supporting LIMS and/or Biobank SaaS products.
- Hands-on SaaS application support, incident fixes, integrations, releases, and vendor coordination.
