Skills and Experience
- Strong experience supporting Oracle APEX applications through troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database architecture and application development concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for debugging, data validation, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle APEX pages, forms, reports, workflows, and APIs.
- Experience handling application enhancements, minor customizations, and configuration changes.
- Experience with data integration and reporting support in Oracle-based environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management, and ITSM processes such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for application and data-related issues.
- Ability to collaborate with L3 and technical teams on complex troubleshooting and fixes.
- Understanding of security, access control, and user role management in enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Support Oracle APEX applications through troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
- Debug applications and validate data using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Perform performance tuning in Oracle-based environments.
- Handle application enhancements, minor customizations, and configuration changes.
- Support data integration and reporting within Oracle environments.
- Monitor applications and manage incidents through ITSM processes.
- Collaborate with L3 and technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement fixes.
- Manage or support application security, access controls, and user roles.
