Senior Engineer, AI Native SDLC

Documentation and rollout

• Create playbooks, implementation guides, reference architectures, sample pipelines, templates, and reusable assets.
• Lead developer enablement sessions, workshops, internal knowledge sharing, and hands-on support for early adopter teams.
• Implement scorecard-based assessments to track adoption, compliance, effectiveness, and traceable evidence.

Developer experience and improvement

• Build tools and frameworks that improve developer productivity and package reusable agents, SDKs, CLI tools, and CI/CD templates.
• Enable standardized development environments using devContainers or codified environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and refine the SDLC framework using developer feedback, usage metrics, and risk assessments.

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on building and delivering systems.
• Experience defining or implementing SDLC frameworks, standards, or engineering practices at scale.
• Production experience integrating LLM APIs and building custom agents or agent skills.
• Strong coding expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with end-to-end RAG systems, secure MCP server integration, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with engineering policies, standards, governance frameworks, cloud, APIs, distributed systems, and DevOps.
• Ability to document frameworks and drive adoption across engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of C4 diagrams, ADRs, scorecard-based reviews, Docker, Kubernetes, devContainers, developer platforms, or regulated environments.
• Azure experience is preferred.
