The Role and Impact
The Senior Engineer - AI Builder will design and rapidly ship internal tools and automations that reduce operational toil across Product and Technology.
The role builds scalable software, connects data systems, and helps teams use modern AI tooling effectively.
The Team
The role sits within Global Product and Technology Operations and works with Embedded Operations Managers, Technical Program Managers, and senior leaders.
The team translates operational challenges into technical solutions within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Initial Focus
- Design and deliver internal tools for status reporting, headcount management, and automated roadmapping.
- Use large language models and coding agents to automate complex manual workflows.
- Integrate Jira, Confluence, Workday, and data warehouses through APIs.
- Prototype AI-enabled solutions that remove friction from operating models and scale smoothly.
Experience and Skills
- Have a software engineering background, proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and experience creating full-stack tools.
