Summary
Senior Engineer – Building Construction role for a candidate with 7 or more years of experience.
The position oversees construction projects from inception to completion while coordinating teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage building construction projects in accordance with design plans and safety standards.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines and provide regular management updates.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits for regulatory compliance.
- Oversee construction material procurement and optimize resource allocation.
- Address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and support continuous learning and improvement.

Experience
