The company is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with experience in Embedded C, C++, microcontroller programming, RTOS, Python, sensors, and PCB-level debugging.
The engineer will own embedded software development from concept through field deployment and work closely with hardware and electronics teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for microcontroller-based systems and reliable firmware in Embedded C and C++.
- Interface and test sensors, modules, and peripherals, including board-level component bring-up.
- Work with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, ADC, PWM, and GPIO protocols and develop RTOS-based applications.
- Use Python for testing, automation, debugging, and data analysis.
- Support hardware integration, laboratory testing, field trials, and product deployment.
- Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain software documentation and version control.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C and C++.
- Experience with STM32, ARM Cortex, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
- Understanding of sensors and sensor integration.
- Basic hardware knowledge and ability to read schematics.
- Experience with RTOS and working knowledge of Python.
- Ability to debug with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and serial tools.
- Proactive, innovative, ownership-driven mindset and willingness to participate in defence field testing.
Experience and Location
The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience.
The listed role location is Hyderabad.
