Design Confidence is hiring a Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Lead for ELV systems to develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit, manage multidisciplinary coordination, and lead BIM delivery across project stages.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for ICT, Security & AV systems using Revit
- Lead BIM delivery across all project stages and ensure compliance with BEP, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project protocols
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and specialist systems
- Manage BIM collaboration workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM360) including model publishing, issue tracking, coordination reviews, and design coordination
- Prepare coordinated layouts, schematics, installation details, and BIM deliverables
- Participate in design reviews, internal QA/QC, and stakeholder coordination meetings
- Support and guide junior BIM team members while driving BIM best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of BIM experience in ELV / ICT / Security / AV systems
- Middle East project experience mandatory (UAE/KSA/Oman preferred)
- Strong hands on experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, BIM360, and model coordination workflows
- Experience working in consultancy environments and delivering coordinated BIM projects
- Understanding of design standards, BIM execution plans, model governance, and collaboration processes
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Overview
- Design Confidence is expanding its Building Technology Solutions (BTS) team and is looking for a skilled Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Lead – ELV Systems with strong technical and coordination capabilities to support regional and international project delivery based in our Kochin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for ICT, Security & AV systems using Revit.
- Lead BIM delivery across all project stages and ensure compliance with BEP, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project protocols.
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and specialist systems.
