We’re seeking an exceptional senior electronics technician to own and operate our electronics lab and support the buildout of our test systems and subsea hardware. This is not a support role in the traditional sense. You are the force multiplier for our electrical engineering team. You will take designs from concept to reality quickly, cleanly, and reliably.

This is a critical position where your craftsmanship, speed, and judgment directly impact our ability to execute hardware milestones on aggressive timelines.

As a Senior Electronics Technician at Endurance Energy, you will work alongside electrical and firmware engineers to design, build, debug, and maintain the electrical systems that power our test infrastructure and offshore deployments.

You will be responsible for building high-quality harnesses, assembling and wiring PLC and power cabinets, performing PCBA rework and debugging, and ensuring our lab operates at a professional, high-performance standard.

You are expected to take full ownership of the electronics lab: organization, tooling, standards, and capability expansion. You should have strong opinions on how things should be built and continuously push the team toward higher quality and faster execution.
