ASIAN FALCONS ENGINEERING CONTRACTING L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer

to join our growing team in the UAE.

Requirements

  • :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP projects
  • Strong experience in Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, and Electrical Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFIs, Method Statements, and Technical Documentation
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in obtaining and coordinating
  • SEWA approvals
  • Candidates holding SEWA Grade-1 Approval
  • or possessing strong practical experience with SEWA approval procedures will be highly preferred
  • Experience with DEWA, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority approvals is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review electrical shop drawings and technical submittals
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams regarding technical approvals
  • Manage and follow up electrical submissions and approvals with SEWA and relevant authorities
  • Review electrical designs, load schedules, and system calculations
  • Prepare RFIs, method statements, and material submittals
  • Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approved materials
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical and design-related issues
