Senior Electrical Engineer

Design and engineer electrical equipment including low and medium voltage switchgear, relay panels, and motor control systems

Develop electrical schematics, documentation, and technical specifications

Support production teams during assembly, wiring, and testing of equipment

Collaborate with customers to develop technical solutions and support new project proposals

Participate in design reviews, system validation, and implementation of design improvements

Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and engineering processes

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering

8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or related product/system design

Experience working with low or medium voltage power systems or switchgear

Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial communication protocols

Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills

Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and customer teams

Power system components such as protection relays, automatic voltage regulators, governors, and synchronization systems

PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, or function block)

Communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, CANbus

Industry standards including MIL, ABS, ANSI, IEEE, IEC

Equipment qualification for shock, vibration, or EMI

Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Professional Engineer (PE) license
