Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an electrical engineer.
• Proven expertise in electrical systems design, power distribution networks, and industrial control systems
• Strong proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent simulation and modeling tools
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation technologies
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution of electrical projects
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams, with a track record of developing junior staff
• In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, international electrical codes (IEC), and Saudi Arabian electrical regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to technical work
• Strong organizational abilities and proven capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating complex electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in electrical engineering
• Electrical safety certifications such as OSHA or IEC standards (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with industrial operations in Middle Eastern environments and knowledge of regional electrical standards (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and operational demands
